When I started, I didn't have a roadmap. Nobody handed me a business. I learned through trial, error, long days, and a lot of decisions I'd make differently now. I undercharged for years. I said yes to everyone. I burned out — twice — before it finally clicked that being busy and being profitable are not the same thing.
What started as one treatment room grew into an award-winning studio serving thousands of clients. In 2024, I trademarked the name it operates under today: Weekday Ritual.
But here's what I actually learned along the way: success in this industry isn't about learning a service. It's about learning to run the thing around it.
The beauty world is drowning in certifications. What it's short on is mentorship, honest business education, and someone willing to tell you the truth about what actually works.
That's why I do this. Not because I set out to be a trainer — but because I'd rather you skip the mistakes I paid full price for.
