When I started in this industry, I didn’t have a perfect roadmap. I wasn’t handed a successful business. I learned through trial and error, long days, difficult decisions, and a lot of figuring things out as I went.
What started as a single treatment room eventually became Weekday Ritual—an award-winning beauty business serving thousands of clients and growing into something much bigger than I originally imagined.
But along the way, I learned something important... Success in this industry isn’t just about learning a service. It’s about learning how to build something that lasts.
The beauty industry is full of certifications. What it’s often missing is mentorship, business education, honest conversations, and someone willing to tell you what actually works.

Not because I wanted to become a trainer, but because I wanted to help beauty professionals avoid some of the mistakes, frustrations, and growing pains I experienced myself.
Today, I still work with clients. I still run a business. I still test new ideas, refine systems, navigate challenges, and continue learning every day.
