You've been thinking about this for a while, haven't you?
Maybe it's a new career. Maybe it's the service that finally pays what you're worth. Either way — you've been waiting for the right time, and there isn't one. Tell me where you're at and I'll help you find your path.
Where are you right now?
"I want a whole new career."
Permanent Makeup
You're done with the job that drains you. PMU is a real career with real income — brows, lips, liner — and you don't need experience to start. I'll take you from zero to working on clients.
"I want my work to mean something."
Paramedical Tattooing
Areola restoration and scar camouflage. Few artists offer it, the demand is real, and the work changes people's lives — including yours. This is the one that stays with you.
"I'm licensed — I just need more."
Esthetics Add-Ons
Brow lamination, dermaplaning, microneedling. Quick to learn, high rebooking, and they turn a $20 service into a $90 one. The fastest way to raise your income without changing careers.
still not sure? that's completely normal —
Tell me your goals, I'll help you chooseWhat if you already know how? You just can't make it pay.
Some people come to me for a new technique. Others are already talented, already booked — and still not making money. If that's you, another certification isn't the answer.
The Paige Russo Method is 1:1 business coaching for beauty pros who are great at the work and winging the rest. Pricing, systems, marketing, retention — the part nobody taught you.
Tell me where you're at. I'll take it from there.
Fill this out and I'll personally get back to you — with an honest recommendation, even if it's "not yet" or "not me." Takes 60 seconds.
This isn't a certificate mill. It's a launchpad.
Small groups. Real attention.
Not a room of thirty people watching a screen. I'm standing next to you, correcting your hands.
Live models, not just practice skins.
You'll work on a real person before you leave — with me right there. That's where confidence gets built.
The business, not just the technique.
Pricing, consults, marketing, getting booked. The stuff most trainings skip — and the reason most artists stall.
I don't disappear after.
Months of support and a private student group. The hard part isn't the class — it's your first real clients.
The things holding you back.
I have zero experience. Am I in over my head?
No. Most of my students start with none. PMU and paramedical trainings are built for beginners — I take you from never having held a machine to working on a live model, in a few days. The esthetics add-ons do require a license, but the rest doesn't.
Do I need a license?
Depends on the service and your state. Brow lamination, dermaplaning, and microneedling are licensed pros only. PMU and paramedical requirements vary by state and county — tell me where you are and I'll help you sort out exactly what you need.
What if I'm not talented enough?
Every single student has thought this. Nobody walks in good at it. That's the entire point of hands-on training with someone standing next to you — I correct the hands, the angle, the pressure, in real time. You leave capable, not perfect. Perfect comes later.
Can I afford this?
Retainers hold your seat, so you don't pay everything up front. And run the math the other way: a single PMU service runs $400–$700. A handful of clients and the training has paid for itself. This isn't an expense — it's the last thing you'll pay for before people start paying you.
When are the dates? I can't take a week off.
I schedule around you, year-round — not a fixed calendar. Once you enroll, we pick your dates together. Most trainings are 1–3 days, and the esthetics ones are as short as half a day.
What happens after? Am I on my own?
No. Every training includes months of support plus the private student group. The hardest part isn't the class — it's your first solo client. That's exactly when you'll want me, and I'll be there.
still on the fence? that's what I'm here for —
