You're really good at this. So why are you still broke?
You learned the craft. Nobody taught you pricing, systems, or how to run the thing like a business. That's not a you problem. That's a gap — and it's fixable.
Founding rates open — first 3–5 clients only.
Let's talk about what's actually happening.
Booked solid — and still checking your bank account with one eye closed.
Haven't raised prices in two years because you're scared everyone will leave.
Doing your own books, marketing, and everything else — at 11 p.m.
Watching artists with half your skill charge twice your rate.
Saying yes to clients you should've said no to — and paying for it all week.
You love the work. You're starting to resent what it costs you.
None of this is a skill problem.
You paid for the certifications. Nobody taught you pricing, systems, or how to run it like a business. So you guessed — and paid for every guess. That's the part I fix.
The most expensive thing you can do is nothing.

What does another year like this cost you?
- Another 12 months underpriced — thousands you earned and never collected.
- Another year of 11 p.m. admin instead of dinner, sleep, or your kid's game.
- The same draining clients, because you never learned to say no.
- And next year, still saying "I'll figure out the business side eventually."
- Prices that match your worth — and clients who don't blink.
- Systems that run without you. Your evenings back.
- A calendar full of the right clients, not just any clients.
- A business that finally pays you like a business.
I won't pretend coaching is cheap. It isn't. But staying stuck costs more — it just bills you slowly, in Sundays and unpaid hours.
Let's talk — free discovery call
I made every mistake on that list. Twice.
One treatment room. No funding. No idea what I was doing on the business side. I undercharged for years, said yes to everyone, and burned out twice before I figured out that being busy and being profitable are not the same thing.
Nobody handed me a system, so I made one — through a lot of expensive trial and error. It worked. That studio is now a near seven-figure business, and I still run it.
I'm not a coach who read a book about this. I'm the person who lived it, fixed it, and is still in it. That's the difference.

The Paige Russo Method
Not a course you watch. A structured 1:1 program where we go into your actual business — your numbers, your pricing, your calendar — and fix it, stage by stage.
Define
where you actually stand
We open the books. What you charge, what it costs you, what you actually keep. Most people have never done this — and it's usually the moment everything clicks.
Refine
stop the bleeding
Reprice, repackage, cut what's costing you. We plug the leaks in your pricing, your booking, and the hours you're giving away for free.
Elevate
the right clients, coming to you
A brand and marketing approach that attracts people who value the work — so you stop chasing and start choosing.
Expand
grow without burning out
What to add, when, and how to keep more of it. Growth that gives you your evenings back instead of taking more of them.
Three ways to stop guessing.
The Power Hour
For when you have one big problem and you need it solved this week.
- 90 focused minutes, just you and me
- One clear win — pricing, an offer, a bottleneck
- You leave with a plan, not homework
- Credits fully toward the program if you enroll within 14 days
The Method — Core
For solo operators ready to get stable, profitable, and off the hamster wheel.
- 90-minute kickoff diagnostic — we open the books
- 6 biweekly 60-minute 1:1 calls
- All four stages of the Method
- Pricing, systems, branding, and growth
- A plan made around your business, not a template
The Method — VIP
For growth clients who want speed — and want me in it with them.
- 90-minute kickoff diagnostic
- 12 weekly 1:1 calls — twice the cadence
- Done-with-you, not just advice
- The fastest path through all four stages
- Priority access between calls

I can't really afford this right now.
I hear you — and I've been there. But look at the math honestly: if you're underpricing by even $30 a service across 15 clients a week, that's over $23,000 a year you already earned and never collected. The coaching costs a fraction of what staying stuck costs. If cash flow is genuinely tight, start with the Power Hour — it's $300, it credits toward the program, and it'll pay for itself with one pricing fix.
I don't have time for this.
That's exactly the problem we're solving. It's one hour every two weeks for Core — less time than you're currently spending redoing your books at 11 p.m. The whole point is to give you time back, not take more of it.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Fair question. That's why we start with a free discovery call — if I don't think I can help you, I'll tell you, and I'll point you somewhere that can. I'd rather turn you away than take your money and waste your time. I'm also not selling theory here: this is the exact system I used in my own studio, and it's working for the artists I've coached.
Do I need to be a certain size or income to work with you?
No. I coach brand-new solo artists and people running six figures who've hit a ceiling. What matters is that you're actually doing the work and ready to change something. If you're not willing to raise your prices or say no to a bad client, no amount of coaching will help.
Is this just PMU, or any beauty business?
Any of it. PMU artists, estheticians, lash and brow techs, hair stylists, med spa injectors. The business problems are identical — pricing, systems, retention, marketing. The service on the menu doesn't change the math.
What actually happens on a discovery call?
We talk. You tell me where you are and what's driving you crazy, and I tell you honestly whether I can help. No pitch deck, no pressure. Worst case, you get free advice and I tell you you're doing better than you think.
What's the difference between Core and VIP?
Same Method, different speed and support. Core is biweekly — good if you want to implement between calls at your own pace. VIP is weekly, twice the cadence, and it's done-with-you rather than advice you go execute alone. If you want it fixed fast and want me in the trenches, that's VIP.
Why is the founding rate limited?
Because I'm taking on 3–5 clients at this rate to build out case studies, and 1:1 coaching doesn't scale — there are only so many hours. After those spots fill, it goes to full price. That's not a fake countdown; it's just the number of people I can actually serve well.
